Common use of Transition Representatives Clause in Contracts

Transition Representatives. Prior to the Effective Time, the Parties shall each appoint a representative (the “Transition Representatives”). The Transition Representatives shall endeavor to monitor and manage their Parties’ matters related to any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreements. Parent’s Transition Representative shall be the Chief Financial Officer or such other individual designated from time to time by Parent.
