The Transition Staffing clause defines the requirements and procedures for providing personnel during a transition period, such as when services are being transferred from one provider to another. It typically outlines the obligations of the outgoing and incoming parties to ensure that qualified staff are available to maintain continuity of operations, including timelines for staff transfer, training, or knowledge handover. Transition Staffing. To staff the Transition team, the Service Provider will use a blend of existing experienced Service Provider employees as well as hire new experienced employees. The staff assigned to work Transition will be specific to Transition and separate from the steady state team. The Service Provider plans that more than 75% of the staff from Phase I Transition will be assigned to work on the steady state team. The Service Provider will accomplish this by staffing individuals from the steady state team during Phase I to work Transition. This will ensure continuation of the knowledge from Transition. Upon Commencement, these resources will transfer to the steady state team and remain on the account with the knowledge they’ve acquired from the Phase I Transition. The resources who continue to work on Transition during Phase II will be separate from the steady state team. The team will be made up of:  Transition Managers  HR Administrators  Systems Engineers  Systems Administrators  Process Managers  Security Engineers  Tools Engineers  Architects
Transition Staffing. The Service Provider will deploy the following Transition resources:
Transition Staffing. 1. ADMINISTRATOR, SDI and COMMONWEALTH and the applicable CLIENT shall each devote, or cause to be devoted in the case of third party staff, qualified business and technical staff as is reasonably necessary to complete the transition of the administration of the Contracts as contemplated herein (as supplemented by the Master Agreement) to ADMINISTRATOR and SDI. 2. During the conversion activities (see Schedule B), COMMONWEALTH and/or the Client shall provide experienced and knowledgeable resources capable of supplying the following to assist ADMINISTRATOR and SDI perform their Transition Service responsibilities: a) provide resources capable of validating product specifications and setup; b) provide information technology resources capable of identifying sources of data and providing the required data in electronic media format; c) provide experienced resources capable of operating and maintaining the current COMMONWEALTH and/or CLIENT software contract administration systems; d) provide actuarial resources capable of testing and certifying values being generated by the ADMINISTRATOR's and SDI's system; and e) provide data in electronic media format to assist with the automated financial reconciliation process. 3. The staffing required of each party will be addressed in more detail by the parties as the transition process proceeds. In any event, each party recognizes that circumstance unforeseen in connection with the development of the Transition Plan may require it to devote additional or fewer staff than anticipated.
Transition Staffing a. Each Party will provide the resources reasonably necessary to complete the applicable Transition in accordance with the Transition Plan. Each Party will use best efforts within commercially reasonable limits to ensure the continuity of such employees assigned to perform services related to a Transition. Each such employee will have the proper skill, training and background necessary to accomplish their assigned tasks and all work will be performed in a competent and professional manner, by qualified personnel and will conform to the specifications. Additional details with respect to the Transition staffing will be set forth in the Transition Plan. The foregoing provisions do not limit Supplier’s or Company’s obligations under the Agreement. b. Without limiting its obligations under subsection 3(a) above, in the Transition Plan, each Party shall assign a project manager for the Transition who will, among other things, (i) serve as the primary point of contact for all Transition Services and Transition events; (ii) oversee all Transition activities and tasks for the applicable Party as well as the individuals who will perform the Transition Services; and (iii) participate in Transition planning, including conference calls, in each case or (i), (ii), and (iii) above as further described and in accordance with the Transition Plan.

  • Staffing Plan The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Transition Seller will not take any action that is designed or intended to have the effect of discouraging any lessor, licensor, customer, supplier, or other business associate of the Company from maintaining the same business relationships with the Company after the Closing as it maintained with the Company prior to the Closing. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal. Contractor may, with the JBE’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • Transition Planning The AGENCY will be responsible for the development of the student’s Transition Plan, which begins upon entry and is completed prior to the student’s exit.
