Common use of Transition Clause in Contracts

Transition. An employee, who has taken single days as Supplementary Special (Personal) Floating Holidays under previous Labour Agreements within his current five (5)-year entitlement period, will receive Supplementary Vacation proportionate to their remaining entitlement within that period.
