Transitional Arrangements - Annual Leave. (a) An employee working part-time under this clause shall be paid for and take any leave accrued in respect of a period of full-time employment, in such periods and manner as specified in the annual leave provisions of this Agreement, as if the employee were working full-time in the class of work the employee was performing as a full-time employee immediately before commencing part-time work under this clause.
