Transitioning Leave Clause Samples

The Transitioning Leave clause establishes the terms under which an employee may take leave during a period of transition, such as when exiting a role or transferring to a new position within the organization. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria, the duration and type of leave permitted, and any notice or documentation requirements. Its core function is to provide a structured and predictable process for managing employee absences during transitional periods, ensuring both operational continuity for the employer and clarity for the employee regarding their rights and obligations.
