Transmission of Items. The Images you send us are not considered received by us until you receive a message from us acknowledging that we have accepted your deposit. However, the confirmation that we send you does not mean that the transmission was complete or error free. As stated in Section 4 of this Agreement, we may refuse to process any Image you send to us for any reason or no reason whatsoever with no liability to you for our decision.
Transmission of Items. The Items you transmit to us are not considered received by us until you receive an acknowledgement of receipt from us. However, the acknowledgement of receipt that we send you does not mean that the transmission was complete or error free.
Transmission of Items. The Images you send us are not considered received by us until you see a memo post acknowledging that we have accepted your deposit. However, this memo post confirmation does not mean that the transmission was complete, error free, or will be considered a deposit and credited to your Account. As stated in Section 12(f) of this Agreement, we may refuse to process any Image you send to us for any reason or no reason. Likewise, an Image may be returned to us upon submission into the payment stream for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, poor image quality, duplicate entry, fraud, forged items, etc. The Bank reserves the right to charge a service fee for any Item that is presented more than once for collection. See the Bank’s fee schedule for related details.
Transmission of Items. The Images you send us are not considered received by us until you receive a message acknowledging that the deposit has been submitted. The deposit status will show as Pending upon submission. Status history can be viewed for up to 30 days from when the deposit was made. As stated in Section 4 of this Agreement, we may refuse to process any Image you send to us for any reason or no reason.

  • Transmission Charge The cost for transporting electricity from the generation source to your electric distribution company. For most electric customers who select a new supplier, transmission costs will be included in the charges from your new supplier. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission regulates retail transmission prices and services. This charge will vary with your source of supply.

  • Transmission of business Where a business is transmitted from one employer to another, as set out in clause 4.4 - Redundancy, the period of continuous service that the employee had with the transmittor or any prior transmittor is deemed to be service with the transmittee and taken into account when calculating notice of termination. However, an employee shall not be entitled to notice of termination or payment in lieu of notice for any period of continuous service in respect of which notice has already been given or paid for.

  • Transmission encryption All data transmissions of County PHI or PI outside the secure internal network must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128-bit or higher, such as AES. Encryption can be end to end at the network level, or the data files containing PHI can be encrypted. This requirement pertains to any type of PHI or PI in motion such as website access, file transfer, and E-Mail.

  • Transmission of Data Customer understands that the technical processing and transmission of Customer’s Electronic Communications is fundamentally necessary to use of the Cloud Service. Customer is responsible for securing DSL, cable or another high speed Internet connection and up-to-date “browser” software in order to utilize the Cloud Service. Customer expressly consents to Oracle’s interception and storage of Electronic Communications and/or Customer Data as needed to provide the Services hereunder, and Customer acknowledges and understands that Customer’s Electronic Communications will involve transmission over the Internet, and over various networks, only part of which may be owned and/or operated by Oracle. Customer further acknowledges and understands that Electronic Communications may be accessed by unauthorized parties when communicated across the Internet, network communications facilities, telephone or other electronic means. Without limiting Oracle’s applicable obligations under the Security or Confidentiality Sections of this Agreement, Oracle is not responsible for any Electronic Communications and/or Customer Data which are delayed, lost, altered, intercepted or stored during the transmission of any data whatsoever across networks not owned and/or operated by Oracle, including, but not limited to, the Internet and Customer’s local network.

  • Deduction and Transmission of Fee After verification by the STATE that an employee must pay the representation fee, the STATE will deduct the fee for all eligible employees in accordance with this . The mechanics of the deduction of representation fees and the transmission of such fees to the UNION will, as nearly as possible, be the same as those used for the deduction and transmission of regular membership dues to the UNION except the deduction will begin in the third pay period of each semester. The deduction will be made in equal biweekly amounts. The total agency fee deducted for each semester will be 85% of the total dues deducted for that semester.
