Mobile Device Access. To the extent you access the Services through a mobile device, your wireless service carrier’s standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply. In addition, downloading, installing, or using certain mobile services or applications may be prohibited or restricted by your carrier, and not all mobile services or applications may work with all carriers or devices.
Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s bluetooth, calendar, storage, reminders, wifi, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings. • Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Access. Bank OZK also offers mobile device access to your Account(s). Participating mobile service providers include (but are not limited to) AT&T®, Sprint®, T-Mobile® and Verizon®. You are responsible for any fees or other charges that your mobile service provider may charge you for any related data or message services, including, without limitation, short message service (SMS or text messaging). If you wish to access the Service with a mobile device, the following terms and conditions apply:
