Common use of Transporting Students Clause in Contracts

Transporting Students. i. The SRDs shall only transport students in their patrol vehicles under the following conditions: a. The student is a victim of crime; b. The student has been arrested; or c. There are exigent circumstances or emergency. ii. The SRD shall not transport students who have been suspended from school, barring exigent circumstances. iii. The SRD shall not transport sick or ill students, barring exigent circumstances. iv. The SRD shall notify the Principal or designee prior to removing any student from campus.
