TravelWeb Order. A written order form, reasonably acceptable to THISCO and in the form prescribed by THISCO, executed by THISCO and Participant setting forth the information necessary for the publication of Internet Pages (as hereinafter defined) from the Materials (as hereinafter defined) and the agreed fees and costs to be paid for the order. A copy of the current TravelWeb Order Form (with additional required documents attached thereto) is attached hereto and marked Exhibit A.
TravelWeb Order. The TravelWeb Order shall be completed and shall be in the form attached hereto and marked Exhibit A (the "TravelWeb Order Form") and shall contain all of the information necessary for THISCO to publish the Internet Pages requested by Participant. The TravelWeb Order Form may be amended or replaced by THISCO at any time without notice prior to any TravelWeb Order being executed and such new or amended form need not be attached hereto as a replacement for Exhibit A to be effective and to supersede Exhibit A. To be effective, any TravelWeb Order Form must be executed by an Authorized Representative of THISCO and Participant. A new TravelWeb Order Form shall be completed and agreed to with respect to each TravelWeb Publication to be created and published by THISCO for the benefit of Participant pursuant to this Agreement.
TravelWeb Order. The TravelWeb Order shall be completed in the form attached hereto and marked Exhibit A (the "TravelWeb Order Form") and shall contain all of the information requested on the form for THISCO to

  • Digital Health The HSP agrees to: (a) assist the LHIN to implement provincial Digital Health priorities for 2017-18 and thereafter in accordance with the Accountability Agreement, as may be amended or replaced from time to time; (b) comply with any technical and information management standards, including those related to data, architecture, technology, privacy and security set for health service providers by MOHLTC or the LHIN within the timeframes set by MOHLTC or the LHIN as the case may be; (c) implement and use the approved provincial Digital Health solutions identified in the LHIN Digital Health plan; (d) implement technology solutions that are compatible or interoperable with the provincial blueprint and with the LHIN Cluster Digital Health plan; and (e) include in its annual Planning Submissions, plans for achieving Digital Health priority initiatives.

  • Anesthesia Services This plan covers general and local anesthesia services received from an anesthesiologist when the surgical procedure is a covered healthcare service. This plan covers office visits or office consultations with an anesthesiologist when provided prior to a scheduled covered surgical procedure.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Layoff Order Regular employees shall be laid-off on the basis of the classification and department/school designated for the layoff by the Employer. When the required qualifications, skill and ability to perform the work in question are equal among two (2) or more employees occupying such classification, the senior employee shall receive preference, provided always that the employee to be retained in that classification and department or school meets the criteria of the job description qualification sheet, and has the required qualifications, skill and ability to perform the work in question.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.
