Common use of Triggers Clause in Contracts

Triggers. Upon and at any time following the occurrence of any of the following events (each, a "Trigger"), the Put Rights and the Call Rights shall be exercisable: (a) the termination of Rich's employment as President and CEO pursuant to the employment agreement between Rich and DOCP (the "Employment Agreement") by any party thereto for any reason or as a result of Rich's death or disability as provided in the Employment Agreement; or (b) the third anniversary of the Merger.
