True and Accurate Information. All information heretofore or contemporaneously herewith furnished by either the Lessee or any of its Subsidiaries to the Agent, the Lessor or any Financing Party for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby is, and all information hereafter prepared and furnished by the Lessee or any of its Subsidiaries to the Agent, the Lessor or any Financing Party pursuant hereto or in connection herewith will be, true and accurate in every material respect on the date as of which such information is dated or certified, and such information, taken as a whole, does not and will not omit to state any material fact necessary to make such information, taken as a whole, not misleading;
