Trunk Port Cross Connect Charge (EISCC). (a) If CLEC provides its own dedicated transport to CLEC designated DA and/or operator platform, a cross-connection charge from the unbundled switch element to CLEC's designated collocation cage located in the same office shall apply at the rates set forth in Attachment 8. (b) There will be no cross-connect charge if CLEC selects dedicated transport from PACIFIC's intrastate Special access tariffs or PACIFIC's unbundled dedicated transport tariff for connection to CLEC's designated P01.
