Common use of Trust Name Clause in Contracts

Trust Name. The trust created hereby shall be ---------- designated the "Wilshire Funding Corporation Mortgage Backed Trust 1997-WFC1" and all legal actions maintained or taken by the Master Servicer or the Trustee in respect of the Trust Assets, except as otherwise required by law, shall indicate that they are taken by the Master Servicer or the Trustee in such capacity on behalf of the Trust.
