TRUSTEE ACTIONS. In acting hereunder, the 2014 Bond Trustee shall have the rights, protections and immunities granted to it under the 2014 Indenture, and the 2023 Bond Trustee shall have the rights, protections and immunities granted to it under the 2023 Indenture.
