Common use of Trustee Dealings with Issuer Clause in Contracts

Trustee Dealings with Issuer. Subject to the terms of the U.S. TIA and the Indenture, the Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of the Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer, the Subsidiaries or their respective Affiliates as if it were not the Trustee.
