Common use of Tuberculin Test Clause in Contracts

Tuberculin Test. The Board/District shall not require a tuberculin test or negative chest X-ray after initial employment unless tuberculosis is suspected in the employee or there is reason to believe the employee has come in contact with individual(s) with active tuberculosis, in which case the Board/District shall select the physician(s) and shall pay for the costs incurred to determine if the employee has active tuberculosis.
