Type Certification Sample Clauses

The Type Certification clause establishes the requirement that a product, typically an aircraft or other regulated equipment, must obtain official approval from the relevant authority before it can be manufactured, sold, or operated. This process involves demonstrating that the product meets all applicable safety and regulatory standards, often through rigorous testing, documentation, and inspections. By mandating type certification, the clause ensures that only compliant and safe products enter the market, thereby protecting public safety and ensuring regulatory compliance.
