The 'Types of Accommodation' clause defines the specific categories or forms of lodging that are available or covered under an agreement. Types of Accommodation. The Borrower may from time to time obtain under the Credit Facility all or one or more of the following types of Accommodation:
Types of Accommodation. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Revolving Credit may only be availed of by way of Prime Loans.
Types of Accommodation. The Borrower may from time to time obtain Advances under the Credit Facilities (unless otherwise indicated) by way of:
(a) Canadian Prime Rate Loans, in principal amounts of not less than (i) under the Syndicated Facility, Cdn. $2,000,000 and in multiples of Cdn. $100,000 for any amounts in excess thereof, and (ii) under the Operating Facility, Cdn. $100,000 and in multiples of Cdn. $100,000 for any amounts in excess thereof (except no such minimum or multiples shall apply to overdraft borrowings under the Operating Facility);
(b) U.S. Base Rate Loans, in principal amounts of not less than (i) under the Syndicated Facility, U.S. $2,000,000 and in multiples of U.S. $100,000 for any amounts in excess thereof and (ii) under the Operating Facility, U.S. $100,000 and in multiples of U.S. $100,000 for any amounts in excess thereof (except no such minimum or multiples shall apply to overdraft borrowings under the Operating Facility);
(c) Bankers Acceptances or BA Equivalent Loans, as applicable, subject to Section 9.1;
(d) LIBOR Based Loans, subject to Section 8.1;
(e) under the Operating Facility only, Letters of Credit; and
(f) under the Operating Facility only, overdraft borrowings in Canadian Dollars or U.S. Dollars, (collectively, the “Accommodations”).
Types of Accommodation. 3.1 The Company shall provide an Apartment of the type specified in the Booking Form. Neither the Company nor its employees or agents is able to accept bookings for a specific building or a specific flat in a building. The Company shall endeavour to provide any specific accommodation requested in writing by the Guest but it cannot guarantee such accommodation will be available for the dates requested.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to vary the Apartment specified in a Booking Confirmation provided that the alternative accommodation is in the Company’s reasonable opinion of an equivalent standard to that reserved. The alternative accommodation may be in a different but similar location.
Types of Accommodation. The Borrower may from time to time obtain Advances under the Credit Facilities (unless otherwise indicated) by way of:
(a) Canadian Prime Rate Loans, in principal amounts of not less than (i) under the Tranche A Facility and Tranche B Facility, Cdn. $2,000,000 and in multiples of Cdn. $100,000 for any amounts in excess thereof, and (ii) under the Operating Facility, Cdn. $100,000 and in multiples of Cdn. $100,000 for any amounts in excess thereof (except no such minimum or multiples shall apply to overdraft Drawdowns under the Operating Facility);
(b) under the Borrowing Base Facilities only, U.S. Base Rate Loans, in principal amounts of not less than (i) under the Tranche A Facility, U.S. $2,000,000 and in multiples of U.S. $100,000 for any amounts in excess thereof and (ii) under the Operating Facility, U.S. $100,000 and in multiples of U.S. $100,000 for any amounts in excess thereof (except no such minimum or multiples shall apply to overdraft Drawdowns under the Operating Facility);
(c) CDOR Rate Loans, subject to Section 9.1;
(d) under the Borrowing Base Facilities only, LIBOR Based Loans, subject to Section 8.1;
(e) under the Operating Facility only, Letters of Credit; and
(f) under the Operating Facility only, overdraft Drawdowns in Canadian Dollars or U.S. Dollars, (collectively, the ”Accommodations”). Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything else to the contrary contained herein, except for the amounts deemed to be outstanding Accommodations under the Tranche B Facility pursuant to Section 1.17(a), no Drawdowns will be available under the Tranche B Facility.
Types of Accommodation. The Borrower may from time to time obtain under the Credit Facility all or one or more of the following types of Accommodation:
(a) under Tranche A:
(i) Canadian Prime Rate Loans; (ii) U.S. Base Rate Loans; (iii) LIBOR Based Loans; (iv) Bankers' Acceptances; and
(b) under Tranche B:
(i) Alternate Base Rate Loans; (ii) LIBOR Based Loans; and (iii) Canadian Eurodollar Loans.
