Types of Alerts. Informational and emergency text message alerts may be activated on Your account automatically, You may receive enrollment confirmation message, or both. These messages allow us to inform You about planned and unplanned service outages in Your area, appointment reminders, as well as remind you about important account information (invoice availability, balance due and payment due dates, payment confirmations, and other issues). If You do not wish to receive such alerts, You must notify us as indicated below. We may also inform You about the availability of special promotions that we are offering through text messages.
Types of Alerts. Once the Push Notifications service has been activated, you can choose to receive alerts on account balances, payment and transfer confirmations and changes in your personal information. POPULAR reserves the right to automatically deactivate any inactive devices from the Push Notification service. We consider inactive devices those that haven’t been used to connect to the Mi Banco Mobile app within a period of 30 calendar days. These terms govern cash withdrawals at designated Banco Popular de Puerto Rico ATMs when using a mobile device that meets the requirements set out in this contract (compatible mobile device). They should be read in conjunction with the disclosures and the terms and conditions of service of your Banco Popular ATH card that is part of your Deposit Account Agreement.

All of the agencies responding will be coordinated under the direction of the On-Site Commander. Coordination and cooperation between the agencies and personnel will be continuous until such time as the incident has been terminated.
