Types of Available Transfers and Limits on Transfers a. The funds transfer and payment Services generally enable you to use your Device to transfer funds to and from your Account, to pay bills directly from your Account in the amounts and on the days you request, and to make other payments and remittances of funds from your Account. These transactions are described in detail in the following sections of this Agreement. b. Limitations apply to transfers and transactions that may be made through the Services, including limits or restrictions on the number and dollar amount or types of transfers or transactions that we may from time to time impose for security reasons. Limitations are described in more detail in the following sections of this Agreement. Also, your ability to initiate transactions may be limited by the terms of other agreements you have with us or as described in other disclosures we have made to you, or by applicable law.
Types of Available Transfers and Limits on Transfers. When you request electronic access, you designate the accounts to which you want access by electronic means. You may designate your money market, checking or statement savings account(s) for ATM access. Debit card access is limited to checking accounts. The following transactions are available to your designated account(s) using your Card and PIN:

Account Access - You may use your card and PIN at any Cirrus® or NYCE® terminal to: • Check the balance in your checking, savings, and money market accounts. • Make withdrawals from your checking, savings, and money market accounts. • Make deposits or loan payments by depositing cash, check or money order along with a deposit ticket or payment coupon (only available at certain Bluestone Bank terminals). • Make transfers to and from your checking, savings, and money market accounts. • Make point-of-sale purchases. You may not use your card to purchase goods or services from your savings account. • Conduct other transactions as we add services and features. Some of these services may not be available at all terminals. You also may have chosen limited access by electronic means to one or more of your accounts. 2. You may pay for purchases wherever MasterCard is accepted using your Bluestone Bank Debit MasterCard. We will not make cash refunds or any other refund on purchases with your Card. We will not be liable if a merchant refuses to honor your Card. You must handle any claim or defense for a purchase directly with the merchant or business establishment that accepted or refused to accept your Card. You may not assert disputes you may have with a merchant against us, for example, when you believe that the goods or services paid for with your Card were defective, not delivered or not as promised. Any such dispute is solely between you and the merchant, and you must still pay the total amount of the sales draft plus any appropriate charges we may be authorized to make. Any merchant credit vouchers for returns or adjustments will be credited to your account when received by us. 3. All Bill Payments you make through Bluestone@Home will be deducted from your designated checking account. Your payees must all be located within the United States and accept payment in U.S. Dollars. Each payee must appear on the payee list you create and the bill you are paying must be in your name. You may not use Bluestone@Home to make payments to federal, state or local governments. Some other categories of payees may also be restricted, such as court- ordered payments like child support.

You may use the Card to: • Withdraw cash from your checking, transaction, savings or other accounts that are accessible with the Card. • Make deposits to your checking account, other transaction accounts or savings accounts that are accessible with the Card at Regions ATMs that have deposit functionality. If your account is maintained at one of our Iowa banking offices, you may use certain Shared Network ATM Terminals in Iowa that have deposit functionality to make deposits to that account. • Make payments to eligible loan accounts with us at Regions ATMs that have payment receipt functionality. • Transfer funds between accounts that are accessible with the Card. • Transfer funds from accounts accessible with the Card to third parties as payment for goods or services purchased. • Perform balance and transaction inquiries on certain accounts accessible with the Card. These transactions and services are described in more detail in other parts of this Agreement. Some transactions and services described in this Agreement may not be available at all Terminals or on all electronic funds transfer networks, and some merchants may not accept the Card for all transactions and services.
Types of Available Transfers and Limits on Transfers. Account Access. The following EFTs are only available if you request the Special ConnectionsSM Feature. Depending on the type of accounts that Commerce determines from time-to-time are eligible for the Special ConnectionsSM Feature as well as which of your accounts you choose to access using the Special ConnectionsSM Feature, you may use your Card to perform the following functions where otherwise permitted: At the ATM, insert your Card and enter the credit card PIN that you established for this Card to (i) withdraw cash from, deposit money in, transfer funds between, or learn the balances in your checking, regular savings or money-market accounts; (ii) use funds from your checking, regular savings, and money-market accounts to make payments on your Commerce credit cards, lines of credit or loans or (iii) take cash advances on your Commerce credit cards. The account(s) you designate for ATM accessibility will be considered your Special ConnectionsSM Feature at the ATM account(s) (each, an “ATM Account”). If you wish to designate one or more checking accounts as an ATM Account, then you must designate one of those checking accounts as your Point of Sale Account as defined below. In order to have ATM access to your checking accounts, you must at all times maintain a Point of Sale Account. If you no longer have a Point of Sale Account, then you will lose ATM access to all of your checking accounts. Commerce has no control over the functionalities offered at non- Commerce ATMs. Some or all of these features may not be available at all non-Commerce ATMs and some ATMs may allow you to perform other functions not mentioned here, including the ability to make purchases (e.g. stamps). If at any time you use a non-Commerce ATM to request to take money from an account that you do not have or if the non-Commerce ATM does not prompt you to select a specific account from which to take the money, then you agree that Commerce will attempt to comply with your request by providing you with money from one of your open ATM Accounts. Cash withdrawals may be taken from any open deposit ATM Account owned by you and cash advances may be taken from any credit card ATM Account owned by you.

Provided funds are available on your Card, you may use your Card to perform the following types of transactions in accordance with this Agreement: • At an ATM displaying the Visa or Plus® logos, you may use your Card to (i) make withdrawals of cash up to the amount of funds stored on your Card (including applicable ATM fees) or (ii) obtain Card balance information. The Card can be used at ATMs within the United States and at international ATMs displaying the appropriate network identification. • At any merchant displaying the Visa or Interlink® logos, you may use your Card, to pay for purchases goods and services and obtain cash up to the amount of funds stored on your Card. Any person honoring your Card may be required to obtain approval or authorization for any transaction. We may recognize a transaction even if we have not authorized it, but that does not mean we will authorize the same type of transaction again. You do not have the right to stop payment on any point-of-sale transaction originated by use of your Card. • At any bank displaying the Visa logo, you may use your Card, to obtain cash up to the amount of funds stored on your Card. Some of these services may not be available at all terminals. We will not be liable or responsible for anyone’s refusal to honor your Card.
