Types of Housing. Developer shall provide a range of types of housing and shall include attainable housing. For the purposes of this agreement, “attainable housing” is defined as nonsubsidized, for-sale housing that is affordable to households with incomes between eighty (80%) and one hundred and twenty (120%) percent of the area median income (AMI). A minimum of twenty (20%) percent of the lots shall be reserved for attainable housing.
