3.3 Partners to this agreement must ensure that the information shared is the minimum amount of information required to achieve the purpose. Therefore, disclosures will contain factual information only, using the principle that “the minimum disclosure required is the maximum disclosure permitted”
3.4 Information must only be shared on a ‘need to know’ basis.
3.5 Prior to disclosure, consideration to the Rehabilitation of Offenders ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ regarding spent convictions may be required; this will be dependent on the purpose of the agreement. See Appendix 2 for further information regarding spent convictions.
TYPES OF INFORMATION TO BE SHARED. The following are the types of data that may be proportionate, relevant and necessary to share between partners for the purposes of (insert purpose e.g safeguarding children).

TYPES OF INFORMATION TO BE SHARED. 6.1 All partners will share non-personalised data relating to domestic abuse to enable a common data collection.
6.2 In relation to personalised data, the information shared must be proportionate and should be the minimum amount needed to achieve the purpose identified. All partner agencies must decide if they can meet the purpose without using data that identifies individuals.
6.3 Where domestic abuse has been identified, all partner agencies should complete the DASH (NPCC/Safe Lives) Risk Assessment Model in line with their own agencies recording methods. This process will provide documented evidence of the decision making process in relation to the disclosure of the information. Consent should be recorded and retained in accordance with each agency’s procedures.
6.4 Lincolnshire Police will share: • • • Evidence relating to a conviction for an arrestable offence, associated with domestic abuse, providing that the conviction is relevant to the request and the disclosure of information can be justified on the grounds that it falls within a policing purpose. Evidence relating to a caution accepted by an accused for an arrestable offence, associated with domestic abuse, where the date of the caution is less than twelve months from the disclosure date; providing that the caution is relevant to the request and the disclosure of information can be justified on the grounds that it falls within a policing purpose. Details of any recent incident/offences and intelligence relative to an identified individual who has been identified as a domestic abuse perpetrator and/or offender, providing that the incident/offences or intelligence is relevant to the request and the disclosure of information can be justified on the grounds that it falls within a policing purpose.
6.5 The Lincolnshire Domestic Abuse Partners will share: • • • • Surname (including any previous names), Forename(s), Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Address, Previous Address (if moved within the last 5 years) of prospective identified individuals and their children. Relevant information regarding an individual who may be suffering from Domestic Abuse or may be identified as being at risk of Domestic Abuse. Relevant information regarding an individual who may be suffering from the effects of Domestic abuse, i.e. children living in a house where domestic abuse may be taking place. TYPES OF INFORMATION TO BE SHARED. 6.1 Lincolnshire Police may share: • • De-personalised (statistics) information relating to crimes of violence, alcohol related, anti social behaviour, public order and illegal drugs in the areas of, or within licensed premises within the Market Rasen area. Appropriately redacted evidence relating to a conviction for an arrestable offence associated with violence, alcohol related, public order related and/or illegal drug • • • • related, providing that the conviction is not considered spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, see Appendix 3; Appropriately redacted evidence relating to a conditional caution accepted by an accused for an arrestable offence associated with violence, alcohol related, public order related and/or illegal drugs related, where the date of the conditional caution is less than three months from the disclosure date; providing that the conditional caution is relevant to the request and the disclosure of information can be justified on the grounds that it falls within a policing purpose; Information between the two parties will be exchanged for the sole purpose of preventing and detecting crimes relating to violence, alcohol related, public order related and/or illegal drug related offences. Appropriately redacted details of any incident relating to violence, alcohol related, public order related and/or illegal drug related offences, which occur nationally, with the view of preventing offences in-line with national trends. Photographs of individuals convicted of violence, alcohol related, public order related and/or illegal drug related offences, where current information/intelligence suggests that they may still be active within the Market Rasen area, providing that the information disclosed does not relate to a conviction or caution that is considered spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, see Appendix 3
6.2 Market Rasen Pubwatch Scheme may share: • • • Information / evidence received involving the offences of violence, alcohol related, public order related and/or illegal drug related offences, occurring in, or immediately outside premises of the Market Rasen Pubwatch Scheme members. Evidence from internal licensed premises CCTV schemes (where they exist) in relation to offences committed therein. Details of any individual banned from premises of the Pubwatch scheme and detailed circumstances surrounding the banning.

6.2 LCC – Troubled Families may share: • Troubled Families will share family level costing information with Lincolnshire Police via reports to Project and Steering groups. Lincolnshire Police will be encouraged to validate costing totals for families as part of the costing process.
