Common use of Types Clause in Contracts

Types. Subject to the other provisions hereof, the following types of sole risk operations may be proposed and carried out: (a) geophysical surveys; (b) the drilling of an exploratory or appraisal well; (c) the deepening or side-tracking of a suspended well or well in the course of being drilled or the testing of zones penetrated by a suspended well or a well in the course of being drilled; or (d) the development of a Potential Storage Site.
