Common use of UCC Statements Clause in Contracts

UCC Statements. Evidence satisfactory to the Agent of all filings of financing statements (and assignments thereof) under the applicable Uniform Commercial Code, satisfactory Lien search requests on Form UCC-11 and analogous forms confirming the absence of any perfected Liens prior to the Lenders' and of any other Liens other than Liens permitted hereunder shall have been delivered to the Agent and all other actions with respect to the Liens created by the Security Documents as are necessary or appropriate to perfect such Liens shall have been taken.
