UCL Sample Clauses

UCL. C’s aggregate liability to the Client for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Client as a result of UCL-C’s breach of contract, negligence or otherwise howsoever arising shall be limited to the sums received or payable to UCL-C under this Agreement in the year in which such liability arises. The Parties agree this to be a genuine and reasonable pre-estimate of anticipated possible losses. This clause shall not limit or exclude any liability that as a matter of English law may not be limited or excluded such as liability for death or personal injury.

UCL. UCLB and each of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Research Group and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Research Group shall (i) use all reasonable endeavours to keep safe and secure, protected from and free from damage or destruction, and available for Orchard’s use, all original Materials which any of them hold (as at or after the Effective Date) and which are not transferred to the custody of Orchard and make the same available to Orchard upon request (save for the Patient Samples, transfer and use of which are governed by Clause 3.4.2); and (ii) not provide any Materials to any Third Party other than where permitted pursuant to and in accordance with Clause 4;

UCL. C shall not be liable for any loss, destruction of or damage to items or property provided by the Client to UCL-C on whatever terms in connection with the Services, except if caused by the negligence of UCL-C and always subject to clause 9 below.

UCL. ND Loops are not intended to support any particular service and may be utilized by DeltaCom to provide a wide-range of telecommunications services as long as those services do not adversely affect BellSouth’s network. The UCL-ND will include a NID at the customer’s location for the purpose of connecting the Loop to the customer’s inside wire.

UCL. University College London has experience in training users from a diversity of backgrounds (academic, industrial and clinical researchers, postgraduate and postdoctoral researchers, undergraduate and medical students). Training is provided in the application of computational approaches to address questions of biological and medical relevance. Universiteit van Amsterdam has experience in academic teaching the broad field of Computational Science, including advanced computing, on the graduate and postgraduate level. UPF has experience in teaching applications of molecular dynamics simulations in drug- discovery. UPF also teaches postgraduate students from different backgrounds for the master of bioinformatics at UPF on the subject of molecular simulations in general.
