UHTSS Development. Aurora will develop the UHTSS in collaboration with BMS and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (including the work plan and Specifications set forth in Exhibit 1.1 attached hereto and the development phases set forth below). Aurora will be responsible for the design, development, manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of the UHTSS, and will use its best efforts to complete same within the time frames for each Development Phase set forth below. The Specifications for the Deliverables to be provided by Aurora, as customized for BMS, are set forth in Exhibit 1.1 hereto, and may be changed or supplemented hereafter by mutual written agreement. The parties agree to diligently review such Specifications from time to time in order to ensure that the Specifications for the UHTSS will meet the reasonable needs of commercial users and the specific customizations required by BMS.
