Unacceptable Items. Company understands and agrees that it will not transmit the following items using the Check 21 Services: (i) items containing an alteration on the front of the item, or which Company knows or suspects, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn; (ii) any check previously converted to a Substitute Check as defined in Regulation CC; (iii) any item issued by a financial institution in a foreign country; (iv) any item that that has been re-deposited or returned; (v) items that are “stale dated” or “postdated”; (vi) items that are incomplete or non-negotiable; (vii) remotely created checks; and
Unacceptable Items. You agree that the following items will not be considered an acceptable Online Deposit item. Online deposits of the items described below will result in the immediate reversal of the online deposit to your Account and all subsequent online deposits and may result in the suspension or termination of the Service to you. This means the amount of the items deposited will be removed from your Account and will reduce your Account balance. The reversal may result in a negative Account balance. Unacceptable online deposits include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Online Deposit of Credit Union Check— The online deposit of a check that is drawn on any Keys Federal Credit Union account you own is prohibited. Online deposits of this nature will result in the immediate revocation of the Online Banking Mobile Check Deposit.
Unacceptable Items. You understand and agree that you will not use RDC services to deposit the following items:
Unacceptable Items. Examples of unacceptable items are as follows: a. Vehicle projects – vehicles in a partial / dismantled state; b. Seasonal personal transport vehicles (e.g. “winter beaters”, summer vehicles); c. Non-towable items (e.g. storage sheds); d. There will be no storage of flammable / hazardous liquids or substances within the RV compound (beyond what is encased within engines, etc.); and e. In all cases, the RVC Mgr will determine what is and isn’t acceptable if it does not fit into one of the identified categories listed in paras 9 and 10.
Unacceptable Items. You agree that you will not scan and deposit any of the following types of checks or other items which shall be considered ineligible items:  Checks payable to any person or entity other than the person or entity that owns the account that the check is being deposited into.  Checks containing an alteration on the front of the check or item, or which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn.  Checks payable jointly, unless deposited into an account in the name of all payees.  Checks previously converted to a substitute check, as defined in Reg. CC.  Checks drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States.  Checks that are remotely created checks, as defined in Reg. CC  Checks not payable in United States currency.  Checks dated more than 6 months prior to the date of deposit.  Checks or items prohibited by Argent Federal Credit Union’s current procedures relating to the Service or which are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your Argent Federal Credit Union account.  Checks payable on sight or payable through drafts, as defined in Reg. CC.  Checks that have previously been submitted through the Service or through a Mobile Deposit service offered at any other financial institution.  Checks from your other accounts at Argent  Savings Bonds  Checks from a lottery or prize winning Deposits of this nature may result in the immediate termination of the Service.
Unacceptable Items. Hazardous Waste, Units containing fluids (i.e. motors, pumps etc), Refrigerators/Freezers, Radioactive materials (X-Ray equipment), items containing PCB’s, and Perusable waste (food etc.)

  • Unacceptable Use ‌ 3.1 The following is considered unacceptable use of the trust’s ICT facilities by any member of the trust community. Any breach of this policy may result in disciplinary or behaviour proceedings 3.2 Unacceptable use of the trust’s ICT facilities includes the below list. This is not an exhaustive list. The trust reserves the right to amend this list at any time. The trust will use professional judgement to determine whether any act or behaviour not on the list above is considered unacceptable use of the trust’s ICT facilities • Using the trust’s ICT facilities to breach intellectual property rights or copyright • Using the trust’s ICT facilities to bully or harass someone else, or to promote unlawful discrimination • Breaching the trust’s policies or procedures • Any illegal conduct, or statements which are deemed to be advocating illegal activity • Online gambling, inappropriate advertising, phishing and/or financial scams • Accessing, creating, storing, linking to, or sending material that is pornographic, offensive, obscene or otherwise inappropriate or harmful • Consensual and non-consensual sharing of nude and semi-nude images and/or videos and/or livestreams (also known as sexting or youth-produced sexual imagery) • Activity which defames or disparages the trust, or risks bringing the trust into disrepute • Sharing confidential information about the trust, its pupils, or other members of the trust community • Connecting any device to the trust’s ICT network without approval from authorised personnel • Setting up any software, applications, or web services on the trust’s network without approval by authorised personnel, or creating or using any program, tool or item of software designed to interfere with the functioning of the ICT facilities, accounts or data • Gaining, or attempting to gain, access to restricted areas of the network, or to any password-protected information, without approval from authorised personnel • Allowing, encouraging, or enabling others to gain (or attempt to gain) unauthorised access to the trust’s ICT facilities • Causing intentional damage to ICT facilities • Removing, deleting or disposing of ICT equipment, systems, programs or information without permission by authorised personnel • Causing a data breach by accessing, modifying, or sharing data (including personal data) to which a user is not supposed to have access, or without authorisation • Using inappropriate or offensive language • Promoting a private business, unless that business is directly related to the trust • Using websites or mechanisms to bypass the trust’s filtering mechanisms • Engaging in content or conduct that is radicalised, extremist, racist, anti-Semitic, or discriminatory in any other way • Leaving ICT equipment anywhere other than on your person, at work or at home e.g., in the car • Using a (generic portable solid-state data storage device): data stick, pen drive, thumb drive, USB drive

  • Acceptable Investment The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

  • SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR REFERRED CLIENTS A. Agent agrees to respond to any communications from a Referred Client within two (2) hours after receipt if such communication is received between 9:00am to 5:00pm local time. For communications received outside of these hours, Agent agrees to respond by 10:00am the next day. B. Agent agrees to update ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ with status updates within 48 hours after initial communication with a Referred Client and upon every significant status change until closing or abandoned. If Agent is contacted by a Referred Client that Agent is unwilling or unable to assist, Agent shall direct such Referred Client back to ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ for assistance and notify ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. G. Agent agrees that ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ has no obligation to provide Agent with any number of referrals and that prospective clients are free to select the agent they wish to work with for any particular real estate transaction.

  • Agreement Exceptions/Deviations Explanation If the proposing Vendor desires to deviate form the Vendor Agreement language, all such deviations must be listed on this attribute, with complete and detailed conditions and information included. TIPS will consider any deviations in its proposal award decisions, and TIPS reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal based upon any deviations indicated below. In the absence of any deviation entry on this attribute, the proposer assures TIPS of their full compliance with the Vendor Agreement.
