Unassigned Hours. Adult Education class hours which are available as a result of offering additional sections of existing courses, reassignments, or the retirement or resignation of an Adult Education teacher. A teacher who creates a new class and additional sections of such classes shall be exempt from this definition during the first school year of their creation.
