Unauthorized Overpayments. 17 Any employee who receives payments to which he or she is not entitled, including 18 but not limited to premium pay, shift differential, overtime pay, step increases, or any other salary, 19 wage, or reimbursement which is not authorized by this contract or County Personnel Rules, and 20 which the employee knew or reasonably should have known he or she was not entitled to receive, 21 shall reimburse the county for the full amount of the overpayment.
