UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFERS Sample Clauses
The "Unauthorized Transfers" clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the handling of transfers that are not permitted or approved by the relevant parties. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes an unauthorized transfer, such as the movement of funds or assets without proper consent, and may specify procedures for reporting, investigating, and remedying such incidents. Its core practical function is to protect parties from losses or liabilities arising from fraudulent or mistaken transfers, ensuring accountability and providing a clear process for addressing unauthorized activities.
