Unbundled. Local Switching (ULS) Port includes the central office switch hardware and software required to permit the transport or receipt of information over the SBC MISSOURI local switching network or other interconnected networks. The ULS Port provides access to all features, functions and capabilities of the local switch. The ULS Port charge includes the charges for cross connect to the main distribution frame or DSX panel.
