UNDER 18’S. The Council will only give a tenancy agreement to someone under the age of 18 if a responsible person signs this agreement on their behalf as a trustee. That person accepts that any notices or demands for payment served under this agreement can be served on the trustee until the tenant reaches the age of 18.
