STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 9.01 There shall be no strike or lock-out during the term of this agreement or of any renewal of the agreement except as specified in the Ontario Labour Relations Act. 9.02 For the purpose of Article 9.01, “strike” and “lock-out” have the same meaning as under the Labour Relations Act as interpreted by the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 30.1 For the duration of this Agreement, the Employer and CASBU agree that the Employer will not call a lockout and the Members of CASBU will not take any form of strike action, work stoppage or work slowdown.
