Common use of Undischarged Judgments Clause in Contracts

Undischarged Judgments. If judgment for the payment of money in excess of Ten Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($10,000.00) is rendered by any court or other governmental body against any Borrower or any Subsidiary and any Borrower or Subsidiary does not immediately discharge the same or provide for its immediate discharge in accordance with its terms, or procure a stay of execution thereof within ten (10) days from the date of entry thereof, and within said period of ten (10) days from the date of entry thereof or such longer period during which execution of such judgment shall have been stayed, appeal therefrom and cause the execution thereof to be stayed during such appeal while providing such reserves there for as may be required under generally accepted accounting principles; or

Undischarged Judgments. If judgment for the payment of money in excess of Ten Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($10,000.0050,000.00) is rendered by any court or other governmental body against Borrower, any Borrower Subsidiary or any Guarantor and Borrower, any Subsidiary and or any Borrower or Subsidiary Guarantor does not immediately discharge the same or provide for its immediate discharge in accordance with its terms, or procure a stay of execution thereof within ten (10) days from the date of entry thereof, and within said period of ten (10) days from the date of entry thereof or such longer period during which execution of such judgment shall have been stayed, appeal therefrom and cause the execution thereof to be stayed during such appeal while providing such reserves there for therefor as may be required under generally accepted accounting principlesGAAP; or

If judgment Judgment for the payment of money in excess of Ten Thousand and No/100 Dollars $1,000,000.00 ($10,000.00which is not covered by insurance) is rendered by any court or other governmental body against any Borrower either Borrower, Guarantor or any a Guarantor Subsidiary and any Borrower such Borrower, Guarantor or such Guarantor Subsidiary does not immediately discharge the same or provide for its immediate discharge in accordance with its terms, or procure a stay of execution thereof within ten thirty (1030) days from the date of entry thereof, and within said period of ten thirty (1030) days from the date of entry thereof or such longer period during which execution of such judgment shall have been stayed, appeal therefrom and cause the execution thereof to be stayed during such appeal while providing such reserves there for therefor as may be required under generally accepted accounting principles; or
