Non-Monetary Judgments Clause Samples

Non-Monetary Judgments. One or more non-monetary judgments, orders or decrees shall be rendered against any one or more of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries which has or would reasonably be expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of ten (10) consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect; or

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non‑monetary judgment, order or writ shall be rendered against any Loan Party or Restricted Subsidiary thereof or (y) any seizure or attachment shall be issued or enforced against the Borrower or any Guarantor or any of their respective assets, in any such case that could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of 30 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment, order, writ, seizure or attachment, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect; or

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-interlocutory non-monetary judgment, order or decree is entered against any of the Loan Parties which does or would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment or order shall be rendered against any Loan Party or Subsidiary thereof that could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of 30 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect; or

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment or order shall be rendered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries by a court of competent jurisdiction that could be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, and such judgment or order is not satisfied, discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of 60 consecutive days; or

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment, order or decree shall be rendered against the Borrower which does or would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, and there shall be any period of thirty (30) consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect; or

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment, order or decree is entered against the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower which does or would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or

Non-Monetary Judgments. Any non-monetary judgment, order or decree is entered against the Company or any Subsidiary which does or would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or

Non-Monetary Judgments. A final non-monetary judgment, order or decree shall be rendered against Borrower that does or could reasonably be expected to have a Materially Adverse Effect, and such final judgment, order or decree shall remain effective, unvacated and unstayed pending appeal for a period of sixty (60) days after the entry thereof; or
