Common use of Unencumbered Assets Clause in Contracts

Unencumbered Assets. As of the Closing Date after giving effect to the transactions contemplated hereby, the Borrower shall be in compliance with the covenants with respect to the Borrower’s maintenance of its unencumbered assets under the documentation governing its other Indebtedness for borrowed money.
