Notwithstanding your existing elections, in the event you have an “unforeseeable emergency” resulting in severe financial hardship to you, you may elect to receive an earlier delivery of your vested shares in accordance with the applicable rules. Any such distribution shall occur within 30 days following the Committee’s determination that an “unforeseeable emergency” exists.
