Uniform System. The Uniform System of Accounts for Hotels (9th Revised Edition, 1996) as published by the American Hotel and Lodging Association, with such later revisions as may be agreed to by both Lessor and Lessee.
Uniform System. The term Uniform System as used in this Agreement shall mean the Uniform System of Accounts for Hotels, "Ninth Revised Edition", 1996, as revised and adopted by the Hotel Association of New York City, Inc., from time to time and as modified by applicable provisions of this Agreement.
