Uniform type and allotment. The EMPLOYER shall provide to each member of the Local: a. Polo Shirts: Up to a total of Eight (8) 100% cotton Polo shirts, in any combination of short sleeved and long sleeved as requested by the EMPLOYEE. The EMPLOYER and EMPLOYEE agree to find a mutually agreeable substitute for Polo shirts in the event the City’s current vendor discontinues 100% cotton Polo shirts; b. Collared Job Shirts: Two (2) (collared) Job shirts at least 80% cotton; c. Tee Shirts: Four (4) 100% cotton Tee shirts; d. Pants: Four (4) pairs of 100% cotton or NFPA compliant pants. e. Inclement Weather Jacket: One (1) inclement weather jacket shall be provided. f. Button down Class B Uniform Shirt: One (1) long sleeved and one (1) short sleeved

(ii) If any Partnership Interest is redeemed (other than pursuant to Section 8.6(c)) on any day other than the first day of a Fiscal Year, then Profit, Losses, each item thereof and all other items attributable to such Partnership Interest for such Fiscal Year shall be divided and allocated to the Redeeming Partner by taking into account the Redeeming Partner’s ownership of such Partnership Interest during the Fiscal Year in accordance with Section 706(d) of the Code, using the interim closing of the books method (unless the General Partner, in its sole and absolute discretion, elects to adopt a daily, weekly or monthly proration period, in which event Profits, Losses, each item thereof and all other items attributable to such redeemed Partnership Interest for such Fiscal Year shall be prorated based upon the applicable method selected by the General Partner).

  • Leading Hand Allowance A person appointed as a leading hand shall be paid at the rate of the undermentioned hourly amounts above the hourly rates of the highest classification supervised in accordance with the number of persons supervised.
