Common use of Uniform Clause in Contracts

Uniform. An employee returning to limited duty shall wear his/her uniform or plain clothes as determined by the Chief, provided, however, a determination by the Chief that an employee shall wear his/her uniform shall take into account the safety of the employee and the possibility of reinjury or exacerbation of injury. No employee, however, shall be required to wear his/her uniform to and from work.
