Common use of Uniforms Required Clause in Contracts

Uniforms Required. All of Contractor’s contracted law enforcement personnel shall wear standard uniforms normally worn by the law enforcement agency. Patrol vehicles shall have the insignias and markings approved by the Constable's Office. Patrol vehicles shall also be equipped with standard law enforcement lights, radios, and any other equipment necessary to perform all required services. Contractor will be responsible for all vehicle costs, including insurance, fuel, maintenance, and any other costs associated with the operation of each vehicle.
