Unintentional Interruption of Service. If, at any time, a System malfunction or an event or circumstance occurs where continuous service would be unavailable, and this causes or will cause a temporary interruption of Service, then Motivate shall immediately contact the Project Officer by telephone and by email and specifically describe the reason, estimated duration, Motivate’s proposed actions to correct the cause of the interruption (if possible), and minimize the interruption, and Motivate’s plans to resume Service.
