UNION ACCESS TO PLANT. Representatives of the Union will have access to the Company's premises by obtaining the permission of the Company's management. Such permission will not be unreasonably withheld.
UNION ACCESS TO PLANT. The business representative or other duly authorized union representative shall be permitted to visit the plant during operating hours for the purposes consistent with this agreement, provided he first notifies management before entering plant. The time of this visit shall be mutually agreed by the parties hereto.
UNION ACCESS TO PLANT. The authorized representative of the Union will have access to the factory of the Company, upon written notification to the Company's Human Relations Manager, at all times to conduct all phases of Union business, collect dues, make or investigate all complaints which have been passed through the channels provided for under the grievance procedure and then to take up same with the person designated by the Company with the authority to settle them at least once a week or at a specific time agreed upon by both parties. Notice by email shall meet the written requirement in this Section 9.04. The privileges accorded by this Section shall not permit interruption in the performance by bargaining unit employees of their assigned tasks. 9.04.1 There shall be no disciplinary action taken against any authorized shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for activities on behalf of the Union, provided that such activities shall not interfere with production, and provided further that nothing in this paragraph shall prevent the shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ from discussing a grievance with an individual grievant. 9.04.2 Filson and the Union agree that when the Employer holds orientation for new employees, it will notify the Union sufficiently in advance to allow a Union representative to meet with new members of the bargaining unit at the conclusion of the orientation. The foregoing shall not apply to orientation of any temporary workers.
UNION ACCESS TO PLANT. A representative of the Union shall be permitted to visit the premises of the Employer upon application to the offices of the Employer, provided he/she does not interfere with production in the plant. In accordance with the above, the Union representative will not investigate grievances or conduct related meetings in production areas of the plant or during the working hours of employees who may be concerned. The Employer will provide a private conference room for the Union representative’s use while investigating documented grievances or conducting related meetings.
UNION ACCESS TO PLANT. Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company's premises, provided they do not cause employees to neglect their work. For safety reasons, they will first report to the office .

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity.   • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.
