Regular Week Sample Clauses

The 'Regular Week' clause defines what constitutes a standard workweek for the purposes of the agreement. It typically specifies the number of days and hours that make up a normal working week, such as Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of expected working hours, which helps prevent disputes over scheduling and overtime.
