Union Activities Restrictions. As required under Government Code Sections 16645-16649, if this Agreement provides for total Compensation of $50,000 or more, no Court funds received under this Agreement may be used to assist, promote, or deter union organizing during the term of the Agreement. If Contractor incurs costs, or makes expenditures to assist, promote, or deter union organizing, Contractor shall maintain records sufficient to show that no Court’s funds have used for those expenditures and provide those records to the Attorney General upon request.
