Common use of Union Activities Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Union Activities Restrictions. If the Contract Amount is $50,000 or more, this section applies: As required under Government Code sections 16645-16649, Contractor agrees that no Court funds received under this agreement will be used to assist, promote or deter union organizing. If Contractor incurs costs, or makes expenditures to assist, promote or deter union organizing, Contractor will maintain records sufficient to show that no Court funds were used for those expenditures and no reimbursement from the Court was sought for these costs. Contractor will provide those records to the Attorney General upon request.
