Union Activities Restrictions. If the Contract Amount is over $50,000, this section is applicable. Title Company agrees that no Judicial Council funds received under this Agreement will be used to assist, promote or deter union organizing during the Term. If Title Company incurs costs, or makes expenditures to assist, promote or deter union organizing, Title Company will maintain records sufficient to show that no Judicial Council funds were used for those expenditures. Title Company will provide those records to the Attorney General upon request.
