Common use of Union Affiliation Clause in Contracts

Union Affiliation. 4.1 In accordance with the “Union Security” article of the Master ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and in accordance with Article 3, Employers’ Right to Select, contained in this Appendix, the appropriate Union for foremen shall be determined, as follows: (a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ appointed by internal promotion shall retain the Union membership held prior to appointment.
