Union Buttons. While on the job employees may wear Union buttons, so long as the wearing of such buttons does not obscure or interfere with the employees’ uniform or any branding or franchisee standards. Such buttons may not exceed one and one-half (1-1/2) inch in diameter and shall not contain offensive language.
