UNION COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 9.01 (1) The Employer will recognize: (a) A Union Committee of 4 employees, one of whom shall be the President of the Local or the President's representative for the purpose of renewing or amending the Agreement; (b) A Grievance Committee of 2 employees, one of whom shall be the President of the Local or the President's representative.
